My work comes from lived experience. I've walked through deep relationship transformation, personal rebuilding, and the long path of learning to trust my own inner authority.

Like many women, I spent years holding things together - relationships, family, responsibilities - while searching for something deeper and more truthful..

Over time my journey took me through many healing and growth paths:

Hairdressing and beauty work

Energy healing

Tantric bodywork

Personal development and spiritual exploration

Every chapter taught me something about people, relationships, and the human heart.

But the most powerful lessons didn't come from training.

They came from life.

Divorce.

Rebuilding independence.

Navigating relationships that mirrored my deeper wounds and patterns.

Learning to trust my body's wisdom.

Through this journey I realised something simple and profound:​

My work is about helping women see clearly, stand firmly, and move forward with integrity.

I live in Northampton, Uk with my daughter, who continues to be one of my greatest teachers and inspirations.
