I offer a free initial 20 minute consultation video call to go over the sessions available.
I require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to confirm all appointments. The balance will be due 24 hours before the appointment.
Payment is required via bank transfer.
Integration Mentorship (1:1)
A 6 week, contained mentorship focused on translating inner work into lived stability.
This is for you if:

This is not for:

acute crisis support

trauma processing
